ABOUT

Thanks for stopping by seabass.space! This was started in May 2026 as a public log of things I think are interesting, but we're still definitely in the early stages. Still a work in progress and will always be! Many things are likeley broken and buggy, programmed with little sleep at 4AM in the morning.

ME

I'm Seabass! Some things about me:

  • I love to explore every aspect of things I'm interested in. I need to know what every part in a car does, where exactly the photons touch our eyes, or the physical symmetries that emerge into the world around us.
  • Astronomy and science have been life long passions of mine, but the older I've gotten, the more I've realize almost everything has their beauty in some form.
  • I seem to stumble on every hurdle in figuring out my life. I have bright and dark weeks, which comes with its own challenges, but I try and remain grateful for the blessings I've been given.

I try and remain off of public-facing social media, but if you'd like to keep up with my programming projects, here is my GitHub.

CREDITS

This site's design is "loosely" based off of the HAL 9000 screen animations in 2001: A Space Odyssey. Credit must go to the incredible HAL Project for providing such detailed reference. The monospace font is Ioskeley Mono, an open source configuration of Iosevka made to resemble Berkeley Mono.

This site is built on Cloudflare Pages and HTMX for now, though there are no tracking or analytics (I mean, you're probably the third person who's ever visited this site anyway). The "CONSTELLATION" background was made possible by Olaf Frohn who compiled the star data into an accessible GeoJSON format.
